Rich Horlick was born and raised in New Jersey and is a graduate of Rutgers University. His parents knew he was destined to work in Adland when, while studying music, he ignored scales and etudes to play commercial jingles. After getting his start writing, directing and editing local cable commercials, he served as commercial producer for Warwick Advertising (later Warwick Baker & Fiore) for 10 years. He then served as a consultant and freelance producer for a number of New York City ad agencies and production houses before joining Deutsch Inc. There as VP, Sr. Producer he helped create national campaigns for Pfizer, Tylenol, Lenscrafters and Brink’s and was instrumental in developing the groundbreaking and infamous “Digger” campaign for Novartis’ Lamisil.
Rich is now producing commercials, on-line videos and sales presentations independently as well as through the creative and production services company whistlesnbells.com
